Scratch Card TopUp
Azercell provides various top-up services to its subscribers. With this services both SimSim and Postpaid subscribers can top-up their balance or the balance of any other Azercell subscriber easily.
Top-up services for SimSim subscribers
To top-up the balance following scratch cards are available for SimSim subscribers: 1 AZN, 3 AZN, 5 AZN, 10 AZN, 15 AZN, 25 AZN.
Ways to top-up the balance
- Via 101: press
to top-up the balance.

- Via 1001: make a free call by dialing
. You will get voice prompt throughout the process. To top-up your balance you need to:



- scratch and get the hidden code on the card
- enter the 13-digit code indicated on the SimSim card and press
- Via 131:

Notes:
- You will be notified about the balance top-up status at the end of the process.
- If the 13-digit code will be entered 3 times incorrectly the top-up services will be blocked. After 24 hours the top-up services will be unblocked automatically. If you want to unblock the services immediately send an empty SMS to 1001. SMS-request price - 0.02 AZN.
- The usage rules are also valid while in roaming.
Top-up services for Azercell Postpaid subscribers
To top-up the balance following scratch cards are available for Azercell Postpaid subscribers: 10 AZN, 20 AZN, 40 AZN, 100 AZN and 200 AZN.
Ways to top-up the balance
- Via 650: make a free call by dialing
. You will get voice prompt throughout the process. To top-up your balance you need to:


- scratch and get the hidden code on the card
- enter the 13-digit code indicated on the card and press

In case of debt, the amount indicated on the Payment Card will be deducted for covering this debt; if your debt is less than the amount indicated on the Payment Card the remaining amount will be settled as an advance.
Notes:
- You will be notified about the balance top-up status at the end of the process.
- If the 13-digit code will be entered 3 times incorrectly the top-up services will be blocked. After 24 hours the top-up services will be unblocked automatically. If you want to unblock the services immediately send an empty SMS to 650. SMS-request price – 0.02 AZN.
- Top-up services are available while in roaming (via 141 service or via SMS to 650).
- Payment cards (Ödəmə cards) have no expiry date; these cards may be loaded onto the balance any time from the day of purchase.
- When payment card is loaded onto subscriber’s balance, old debts are covered in the first place.
- Deposit payment with Payment cards is not available.
- The quantity of payment cards as well as the amount that can be transferred to the account is unlimited.
- In case the operation of topping-up of your payment card is failed during the billing process, please try again in the morning (after 09:00 am).
