Notes

  • Service is available for SimSim and Azercell Postpaid subscribers.
  • In case if subscriber has accounts in several banks, MobilBank application should be installed for each account separately..
  • There's no limitations for connected accounts.
  • To deactivate the service subscriber has to apply to appropriate bank.
  • To deactivate one of accounts subscriber has to apply to appropriate bank.
  • As Mobile Internet traffic is spent when using MobilBank service, subscriber has to have active number with sufficient balance.
  • In case of PIN code is forgotten subscriber has to remove MobilBank application from mobile then install it and register again. Or PIN code should be entered incorrectly for 5 times. In this case subscriber has to register again.
  • There's no SMS notification about made payments, transfers and other transactions. But subscriber can activate notification as optional service. Monthly fee for this service will be deducted from the amount on credit card..
  • Payments will be deducted from subscriber's account, monthly fee will be applied. Tariffs are different for banks. Exact information about tariffs can be obtained from appropriate bank.
  • In case if the phone is stolen subscriber can apply to Azericard Customer Care to block the service. After this subscription and registration must be made from the beginning.
  • If subscriber used MobilBank service before (old version) he can use new service without deactivation of old one. But in this case montly fee will be applied to both services.
