Itemized Bill

For Azercell Postpaid subscribers

Itemized Bill provides information on used services on payment basis and can be issued for the preiod of maximum 2 previous months from the date of appeal. Itemized bill contains information on outgoing calls and messages, service usage date, duration and service fee only. Information on incoming calls and messages and also some other services is being excluded.

Note:
It's also possible to get information on incoming calls while being in roaming. But correct determination of called numbers can be guaranteed only for calls made within Azercell network (in case if calling number was not using Gizlicell or Gizlətcell service). Correct determination of called numbers cannot be guaranteed for calls made within other operators networks or coming from international destination.

You can choose the option to receive itemized bill to your home, work address or directly into your inbox via e-mail.

By filling in the appropriate service form at our Customer Care offices you can also subscribe to receive your itemized bill on a monthly basis.

Service price is 3.19 AZN.

For SimSim subscribers

By applying to Azercell Customer Care or Azercell Ekspres offices you may get itemized bill containing information on used services on payment basis. Itemized bill can be issued for the period of 15, 30 or 90 days back (for every 30-days period separately) starting from the date of appeal.

Itemized bill contains information on outgoing calls and messages, service usage date, duration and service fee only. Information on incoming calls and messages and also some other services is excluded.

Service price:

• 1.06 AZN - for the last 15 days;
• 1.53 AZN - for the last 30 days.
