Balance Information

Azercell offers different ways to check balance to Postpaid and SimSim subscribers.

Balance reports for Azercell Postpaid subscribers

650 service


With 650 service you can get your balance information (billed amount, current amount, advance payment, etc.). By this service you can keep your account under control around the clock.

There are several ways to retrieve your balance information:

  • Call to 650 and your balance information will be played back; you will get your balance information by SMS as well.
  • Send empty SMS to 650.
  • Visit Online services and get your balance information.
  • Enter the special code *650#YES on the screen of your phone. You will get your balance info by SMS.

To make access to your balance information available send the symbol “+” to 650; to disable access send the symbol “−” to 650 respectively.

Note: By special code you can retrieve only your balance information.


Balance reports for SimSim subscribers

1002 service


With 1002 service you can get information on current balance.

Just call or send empty message to 1002 and get current status of your balance. You will get information on following:

  • Balance amount
  • Last date to use balance amount
  • Possible subscription cancellation date

Balance auto-info


You get info on spent and remained amount after each call or message sent. You get balance information automatically, immediately after any usage.

Messages will be sent in Azeri, English or Russian depending on the language settings.

The balance information message is not saved in the phone’s memory.

This service is automatically activated for all SimSim subscribers. You can cancel this service yourself over the Online Self-service and Dynamic IVR or by appling to Customer Care.


Note: Some mobile phones do not support this service.


Other reports

1005 service


With 1005 service you can get information on current status of your tariff plan and some services you use. All you need is to send an empty SMS to 1005. In reply message you will get info about active tariff plan, "Əzizlərim" numbers, status and duration of Gizlətcell service.

1003 service


With 1003 you can get the status information on payment cards. Check the status of the card in case if you have difficulties with topping-up your balance.

To get status information send the 9 or 10-digit serial number of the scratch card to 1003 via SMS. You will get reply message with the status information.

  • Price per 1 SMS sent to 650 (any method except Online services): 0.02 AZN
  • Price per 1 SMS sent to 1002: 0.02 AZN
  • Price per 1 SMS sent to 1003: 0.02 AZN
  • Price per 1 SMS sent to 1005: 0.02 AZN
