With İzahCELL and İz@hCELL services you can choose the option to receive itemized bill to your home, work or e-mail address.

Specific details include: the subscribers’ numbers you called to, the duration of each call and all other service usage fees.

By filling in the appropriate service form you can also subscribe to İzahCELL or İz@hCELL services to receive your itemized bill on a monthly basis. All Azercell postpaid subscribers have access to this service. By subscribing to İz@hCELL service you will get your itemized bill directly into your inbox via e-mail.

Detailed info on calls and messages for 15 or 30 days

With IzahatCELL service SimSim, Bizdən Bizə and GəncSim subscribers can get detailed information on outgoing calls and messages. By applying with your request to our Customer Care or "Azercell Ekspres" offices you will get document with detailed info on: the numbers you called and sent SMS to, the duration of calls, date and time of calls you made and SMS you sent.

Price of the document with detailed info for the last 15 days —325 units, for the last 30 days —450 units.

FakturCELL (Bill)

This service gives you opportunity to receive your monthly Azercell bill at your home, work or e-mail address.

To modify or change the address to which the bill should be delivered, contact Azercell Customer Care.

Your invoice contains the following information:

1. Deposit payment made by subscriber — this refers to an amount paid as a deposit for international line access. If the subscriber’s charges for international calls are less than the amount of the deposit, he or she will receive a refund of the remaining balance.
2. Components of the monthly fixed payment:
   • GSM-telephone fixed payment — a fixed monthly subscriber fee charged for services provided during your GSM phone use;
   • Detailed invoice — an amount charged for the printed detailed invoice of your outgoing calls;
   • GSM-Fax fixed fee;
   • Discount tariff packages — a fixed monthly fee charged for "Bürünc", "Gümüş" and "Qızıl" packages;
   • Other charges — a fixed monthly subscriber fee charged for other services.
3. Components of the usage fee:
   • GSM-telephone on-network calls — the amount charged for on-network calls from your GSM phone;
   • GSM-telephone international calls — the amount charged for international calls from your GSM phone;
   • GSM-telephone calls within the company — the amount charged for calls (ŞirkətimCELL) within the company from your GSM phone;
   • GSM-telephone roaming — the amount charged for calls from your GSM phone while roaming outside of Azerbaijan;
4. Closing date of payment — the closing date of payment is the last date for settling a bill. Payments that arrive later than this date will incur a fine, even if the line has been deactivated.
5. Other charges — these charges may include the changing a SIM-card or changing phone numbers.
6. Late fee — delayed payment of an invoice will incur a 0.1% per day late fee.
7. Components of Invoice Total:
   • Monthly fixed fee;
   • Usage fee;
   • Other charges;
   • Any late fees.
8. VAT — a Value Added Tax is added to the Invoice Total (excluding late fee).
9. Total Invoice — components of Invoice Total plus VAT.
10. Amendments — an amount specifying any amendment made due to this or that reason.
11. Advance payment by subscriber — the amount that was paid in advance before the invoice was generated. After the invoice is generated, the advance payment amount is deducted from the total of the invoice. The remaining balance is due by the closing date.
12. Payment due — the amount due by the closing date of payment.
13. Invoice period — the period of time during which the calls in the invoice were made.
