To take advantage of this service you just need to replace your SIM-card (in any Azercell Customer Care or Azercell Ekspres offices) with the special one that supports the service. All new subscribers with SIM-cards that have logo Simurq on them can take advantage of the service without SIM-card replacement.
Non-intrusive flash messages start appearing on your handset screen when it's idle.
