MobilBank

Azercell subscribers who are at the same time are clients of International Bank of Azerbaijan or AzeriGaz Bank can take advantage of MobilBank service.

With the help of this service clients of International Bank of Azerbaijan and AzeriQazBank* can get information on status of their bank accounts — recent operations, incoming and outgoing amounts, and etc. — around the clock even if they are abroad.

The most important – the subscribers will be able to pay the phone and electricity bills via their mobile devices!

The access is secured with a special password (PIN – personal identification number) set by user.

How to subscribe to the MobilBank service

  1. In order to subscribe to the MobilBank service you should obtain a special SIM-card supporting the service from Azercell Customer Care offices.
  2. Fill out the application form having approached to the bank with your plastic card.

Terms of usage

Insert the special SIM-card to your phone. Enter Azercell ->MobilBank->Info section of your phone menu. The software version will be displayed on the screen. Enter the PIN (PIN code set by user and must be 4 - 8 digits long) and select the section of your interest. Having finished the operations, click NO.

Language selection

Highlight the “Language” section to select a language. Choose one of the three provided languages (“Azərbaycan”, “Русский”, “English”) and click OK.

  • Account withdrawals
  • Modifications to the MobilBank system

Payments:

  • Payment of Azercell services
  • Payment of electricity bills

Notices:

  • Receipt of notices via SMS on the operations conducted and modifications made in the MobilBank system.

Cost of the message received from 7112 containing information on the serivces and bank operations – 0.10 AZN (VAT excluded) or 22 units

SMS sent and received for the menu modifications – free of charge

Note: *Currently only the clients of the International Bank of Azerbaijan may use the MobilBank service. Soon the list of banks will be expanded. We would like to recommend visiting www.azercell.com on a regular basis for obtaining updated information on the new banks.

Note: In order to subscribe to the MobilBank service both the telephone number and the bank account number should belong to the same person.

Note: While realizing payments 10-digit number should be dialed, that is, the operator code (050 or 051) should be mentioned in the beginning of the number.
