BIS abbreviation stands for BlackBerry Internet Service
BES abbreviation stands for BlackBerry Enterprise Solution
Only individual persons can subscribe to BIS packages.
When in roaming Internet usage within BlackBerry service will be charged according to Internet roaming tariffs.
When selecting one of Blackberry Packages subscriber can use discounted GPRS and get Internet balance information only the next day after activaion (24 hours later). This is related only to Azercell Postpaid subscribers.

To start using Azercell BlackBerry service it is necessary

For individual subscribers:

If you are Azercell postpaid subscriber: to activate BİS Ultimate package send the command BIS3000 to 2525. To activate BİS Intensive send the command BIS1000 to 2525. To activate BlackBerry BES packages, please, apply to Azercell Ekspres Offices.
If you are SimSim subscriber: to activate one of the BİS packages send the command BIS7 or BIS30 to 2525 via SMS.
To cancel the BİS service send the command BIS- to 2525. To cancel the BES service send the command BES- to 2525.
The price of SMS-request sent to 2525 is 0.01 AZN.

For corporate subscribers:

To order the activation of the service Azercell curator should be contacted.
To purchase and install BlackBerry Enterprise Server software for MS Exchange, Lotus Domino or Novel GroupWise in the corporate mail system.
