Voice mail

Telesekretar (Voice Mail) service registers all the calls that you cannot or do not want to receive and enables to listen to all the voice messages.

Activation of Telesekretar service is free of charge. For recording and listening of voice message you will be charged at the price of on-net call of your tariff.

Notes:

  • To activate Telesekretar service you have to deactivate Call Barring and Call Screening services.
  • In case you didn’t use voice message box within 3 months your personal settings (greeting, password to access the voice mail box) will be deleted and replaced with standard settings.
  • To deactivate Telesekretar service it is enough to enter the following command: ##002# YES


Telesekretar service activation

To activate the service it is necessary to divert calls to Telesekretar service (to Voice Message Box). There are 4 different types of call diversions:
  1. To divert all calls to Voice Message Box: **21*6061#YES;
  2. To divert calls to Voice Message Box while your phone is switched off or out of coverage area: **62*6061#YES;
  3. To divert unanswered calls to Voice Message Box: **61*6061#YES;
  4. To divert calls to Voice Message Box while your telephone is busy: **67*6061#YES.

You will receive SMS notification regarding each new voice message.


Listening to voice messages

  1. call 6060 from your mobile;
  2. call 6062 from other Azercell number, enter mobile number of the person whose voice message box should be checked and then enter #;
  3. call 0506062000 from land-line and enter mobile number of the person whose voice message box should be checked and then enter #.
  4. while in roaming dial international access code 00 or *, enter number 994506062000, then your own number and *.

When you call Telesekretar service you have to enter the passcode necessary for listening voice messages. Code is the same for all subscribers – 1234. You may change the code via Telesekretar menu.

Not listened voice messages are kept in the system within 168 hours and listened messages – within 48 hours.
