Call Forwarding

With Call Forwarding service you can divert incoming calls to another mobile or a landline number.

Call forwarding types and activation rules

1. When phone is switched off or out of the coverage area:
   • to a landline number: city code, number ;
   • to a mobile number: operator code, number .
2. When phone is busy:
   • to a landline number: city code, number ;
   • to a mobile number: operator code, number .
3. When calls are not answered:
   • to a landline number: city code, number ;
   • to a mobile number: operator code, number .
4. To forward all calls:
   • to a landline number: city code, number ;
   • to a mobile number: operator code, number .

Also you can activte and deactivate all types of call forwardings from your phone's menu.

All types of Call Forwarding announcements can be activated or deactivated via SMS. To activate Call Forwarding announcements just send aktiv, activate, act, akt to short number . To deactivate Call Forwarding announcements send deaktiv, deactive, dea to the same number.
Price per every SMS sent to 9141 is 0.05 AZN.

Notes:

Before Call Forwarding service activation Call barring service should be deactivated.

When destination number is set to calls will be forwarded to Voice mail service.

When your number is diverted to another number, the caller will hear a short announcement both in Azeri and English saying that the number is being diverted to another one. If you want to disable this announcement, please contact Azercell Customer Care.

You will be charged for incoming calls at the price of standart call in accordance with used tariff.
