Call Screening+

• Blacklist Mode: Blacklisted callers are the only ones to be blocked.
• Whitelist Mode: Whitelisted callers are the only ones to be allowed.
• Ability to set 99 numbers to Black or Whitelist
• Subscriber can add any number to his lists including Azercell, national or international numbers.
• Ability to receive blocked calls notification through SMS for the blocked calls or not
• Ability to operate with an unidentified or unknown calling parties
• Ability to operate within service with caller numbers with the CLIR/SOCLIR option set
• Ability to have auto-renewal subscription to the of Call Screening service

Once subscribed, the service will be activated with the following default setup:

• Service mode is set to the Blacklist mode
• Service is active on the spot for a 30 Days
• Numbers can be added to Blacklist immediately to be blocked.
• The general blocking tone is set to “Special Blocking Message Tone” - the caller will hear a message that all calls are blocked
• Notifications for blocked calls through SMS are enabled.
• Auto-renewal option is set to “Enable”

Subscription and service handling is possible via SMS to 9303. Below is the list of service commands that can be sent to the 9303 short number.

To get subscribed send the word SUBSCRIBE via SMS to 9303. Choose one of two options of service activation:

• SUBSCRIBE – straight service subscription, without auto renewal option;
• SUBSCRIBE ON - subscribe to the service with auto renewal option (every 30 days);

To unsubscribe from service - send SMS with word UNSUBSCRIBE to the 9303.

Service handling commands

• AUTORENEWAL - Configures the automatic renewal of the individual subscription at the end of its charging period. Automatic renewal of "Call Screening" subscriptions can be either ON or OFF
• SMSNOTIFICATION - Enables or disables the notification of barred calls by informative Short messages. Notification status can be either ON or OFF
• USEBLACK - Activates the black (blocked) list for incoming calls. (Implicitly deactivates Whitelist for incoming calls).
• ADDBLACK - Add the provided calling number to the Blacklist as an incoming call screening rule. E.g. ADDBLACK +99450xxxxxxx or +99451xxxxxxx
• DELBLACK - Delete the provided calling number from the Blacklist. E.g. DELBLACK +99450xxxxxxx or +99451xxxxxxx
• GETBLACK - Return a list of the numbers in the Blacklist which are applicable for incoming calls. The list is purged if it does not fit into one SMS message and sent in several SMS that will cover all the numbers.
• USEWHITE - Activates the White (allow) list of the subscriber for incoming calls. (Implicitly deactivates Blacklist for incoming calls).
• ADDWHITE - Add the provided calling number to the Whitelist as an incoming call screening rule. E.g. ADDWHITE +99450xxxxxxx or +99451xxxxxxx
• DELWHITE - Delete the provided calling number from the Whitelist. E.g. DELWHITE +99450xxxxxxx or +99451xxxxxxx
• GETWHITE - Return a list of the numbers in the Whitelist which are applicable for incoming calls. The list is purged if it does not fit into one SMS message and sent in several SMS that will cover all the numbers.
• ADDCLIR - Instructs the service to bar all calls received from parties with the CLIR/SOCLIR option set.
• DELCLIR - Instructs the service to allow calls received from parties with the CLIR/SOCLIR option set.
• GETCLIR - Retrieves the status of the subscriber with regard to the calls received with the CLIR option set
• ADDUNKNOWN - Instructs the service to bar all calls received with an unidentified or unknown calling parties.
• DELUNKNOWN - - Instructs the service to allow calls received from parties with an unidentified or unknown calling parties.
• GETUNKNOWN - Retrieves the status of the subscriber with regard to the calls received with unknown/unidentified calling number information.

Service Monthly fee (30 days):

• Postpaid and SimSim = 1.18 AZN
• Operations inside the service - FREE OF CHARGE. SMS-request sent to 9303: 0.01 AZN
