Balance Information (650СELL, KonturCELL, 1002CELL)With 650CELL you can get your balance information (billed amount, current amount, advance payment, etc.). By this service you can keep your account under control around the clock.
There are several ways to retrieve your balance information:
- Call to 650. You will be welcomed and get voice prompts. Following the prompts you will hear your balance information; you will get balance information by SMS as well.
- Send empty SMS to 650.
- Visit Virtual Customer Care and get your balance information.
To make access to your balance information available send the symbol “+” to 650; to disable access send the symbol “−” to 650 respectively.

Permanent control over balance
With KonturCELL service SimSim/Bizdən Bizə and GəncSim subscribers get info on spent and remained units after each call or message sent. You get balance information automatically, immediately after any usage. You can get balance information in three languages — Azeri, Russian and English. The language of the balance information message you get depends on the SMS settings in your phone.
The balance information message is not saved in the phone’s memory.
KonturCELL is automatically activated for all SimSim/Bizdən Bizə and GəncSim subscribers.You can to cancel this service manually over the Virtual Customer Care and Dynamic IVR or appling to Azercell Customer Care.
Balance information on request
With 1002CELL service SimSim/Bizdən Bizə and GəncSim subscribers can get information on current balance.
Just call or send empty message to 1002 and get current status of your balance. You will get information on following:
- Units count
- Last date to use units
- Possible subscription cancellation date
