Dialing rules while roaming

To Azercell subscriber (the same dialing rule as for calls made from local mobile or landline to Azercell subscriber in roaming):
dialling code phone number or
dialling code phone number.

Roaming tariffs

The tariffs for roaming subscribers in each country vary from one operator to another. Normally, they include local taxes and markups. GSM operators may frequently change the roaming tariffs.
