Welcome to Azercell network

If your mobile phone automatically chooses Azercell as its operator, you don”t have to do anything! If it doesn”t, you need to select Azercell manually: Go to ”menu”, ”settings”, ”mobile phone settings”, ”select network”, ”manually” and select “Azercell”. You can find more details in the user manual of your device. Azercell Telecom LLC offers its services on the frequency of 900 Mhz. The possible name versions on the phone monitor: AZERCELL, ACELL, AZE CELL, AZE ACELL: the network code is 400 01.

For automatic selection of Azercell network the next time you visit the country set up the network as “favorite” on your SIM-card.

Dialing tips while in Azercell network

Calls within Azerbaijan:

• To Azercell subscriber: number or   number
• To landline (Baku):  number
• To landline (other cities):  area code, number
• To other local mobile operators:  operator code, number.

Azercell Customer Care

Azercell Customer Care is at your disposal 7 days/24 hours: 012 490-52-52 or 6565.

Fax

While you are in Azercell network you can take advantage of FaksDataCELL to send faxes. (Please, make sure that your operator supports this service). Call tariffs in the corresponding destination are applied.

Voice Mail (SekretarCELL)

Do not forget to add country code before your voice mail box number. If there is your country code then just dial the number.

Usage fee for SekretarCELL (6060, 6061 and 6062) — 0,28 AZN.

SMS (MesajCELL)

Check if the SMS center number in your phone has been set up with your country code. In this case you can send to and receive messages from all around the world.

Price of 1 outgoing SMS: 0,11 AZN.

GPRS and MMS

If your operator has GPRS-roaming with Azercell, you can benefit from GPRS and MMS services while you are guesting on our network.

You will be charged for the used GPRS traffic. Calculation interval is 50 KB. Price: 1 KB — 0,01 AZN.
