What is the SekretarCELL service?

Azercell’s SekretarCELL service allows you to record incoming calls when you are not able to receive them. Listen to your voice messages any time you want. Unanswered calls are recorded in the Voice Message Box. Once you have a message, the respective icon will appear on your phone display. To listen to your messages, you must call SekretarCELL.

Please, deactivate KəsCELL service upon SekretarCELL usage.

How to activate SekretarCELL service?

To use the SekretarCELL service, you must divert incoming calls to SekretarCELL. There are several options for call diverting:

• all incoming calls:

How to listen to voice messages?

Within Azerbaijan:

• From your own mobile phone:
  • Call 6060;
  • If your voice message box is password-protected, the system will ask for your password. After your password is entered, the system will provide you with access to your box.
• From another mobile phone:
  • Call 6062;
  • Enter your message box number (phone number) and then press;
  • If your voice message box is password-protected, the system will ask for your password. After your password is entered, the system will provide you with access to your box.
• From a landline:
  • Call 0 50 6062 000;
  • Enter your message box number (phone number) and then press ;
  • If your voice message box is password-protected, the system will ask for your password. After your password is entered, the system will provide you with access to your box.

While roaming:

• From your own mobile phone or another mobile phone:
  • Dial the international access code for the country you are in (00 or +, for Russia — 810), 994 50 6062 000;
  • Enter your message box number (phone number) and then press
  • If your voice message box is password-protected, the system will ask for your password. After your password is entered, the system will provide you with access to your box.
• From a landline when roaming:
  • Dial the international access code for the country you are in (00 or +, for Russia — 810), 994 50 6062 000;
  • Enter your message box number (phone number) and then press
  • If your voice message box is password-protected, the system will ask for your password. After your password is entered, the system will provide you with access to your box.

Default password to access the voice mail box for each subscriber is 1234. You can easily change the password from your phone menu.

Unheard (new) voice messages are kept in the system for 168 hours, old ones — 48 hours.

What are the other features of SekretarCELL?

If a recipient’s phone is diverted to SekretarCELL, you may leave a voice message. The duration of the message may not exceed 4 minutes. You may choose to record your own personal greeting instead of the standard Azercell SekretarCELL greeting. Note that the duration of your personal greeting may not exceed 60 seconds.

How to set personal greeting

1. Enter voice message box and press to enter main menu.
2. Press buttons.
3. Start recording your greeting (max duration is 60 seconds).

How to check my voice mail box from other phones?

You can listen to your voice messages from any phone.

Default password to access voice mail box is 1234 for each subscriber. You can personalize the password:

• From your phone: new password, for confirmation enter the new password again
• To change the password: old password new password, confirmation of new password

How to block the incoming and outgoing calls?

You can block incoming, outgoing calls or outgoing international calls on your request. For this you can take advantage of KəsCELL service. The service is provided by Azercell free of charge.

How can I divert my calls to another phone?

Using YönCELL service you can divert your calls to another mobile phone or landline on your request.

Will I be notified on the second incoming call if I?m already on the phone?

With the help of SaxlatCELL and GözləCELL services you have an active second line and will be able to make or receive a call if you are already on the phone.

May I know who is calling me not answering the incoming call?

You can see the number of the subscriber who is calling you on your phone before picking up if the calling party is not using GizliCELL or GizlətCELL service. This is possible with the help of KimCELL service that is provided free of charge. Numbers that may be identified include: Azercell; other operator numbers; international GSM and landline numbers.

What should I do to withhold my number?

You can use one of GizliCELL, GizlətCELL or GizlətCELL+ services to withhold your number while making calls.

What is the conference call?

KonfransCELL service allows you to hold a conference and talk with up to six persons at the same time. In order to use KonfransCELL service, you must first activate GözləCELL service by entering the following command: .

Is it possible to send a fax from my mobile?

With the help of FaksDataCELL service, your mobile phone turns into fax machine. To use FaksDataCELL service, you need an additional GSM number for which you should come up to Azercell Customer Care. The fax numbers begin with 219, 439, 469,639 and the second part is between 0000 and 4999.
