How to make emergency calls from my mobile?

Now Azercell provides you with the opportunity to quickly make calls to emergency services from your mobile phone. This service is provided free of charge.

To dial from your mobile phone, use the following numbers:

  • Fire fighting department — 101;
  • Emergency ambulance service — 113;
  • Police — 102;
  • Gas department — 104.
  • Emergency Committee — 112.

To call the operator services from your mobile phone, dial 118.

Tariffs for calling the operator services:

Charging inverval — 6 sec.

  • For postpaid subscribers: 0,29 AZN (VAT excluded) per minute;
  • For prepaid subscribers: 120 units per minute.
