SimSim

SimSim — is the quickest way to enter the world of mobile communications. SimSim is based on prepaid billing system. There is no monthly subscription fee and invoices and you talk as you pay — also keep constant control over your balance. To get subscribed to SimSim you just need to buy SimSim package from Azercell sales points, insert the SIM-card into your phone top-up the units and get started to talk!

After you have run out the units to keep your line active top-up your balance with units by getting new SimSim scratch cards.

Notes:

Bizden Bize is the startup tariff for all new prepaid subscribers!
You can restore your number free of charge by coming up to Customer Care or Azercell Ekspres offices. In one hour after activation of your number 500 units will be loaded onto your balance. The expiry date of gift units is 150 days.Each subscriber can take advantage of this service once in a year.

“Dost-Tanış, Güzəştlə Danış” (Friends and Family) tariff

On the basis of “Dost-Tanış” service the campaign “Əzizlərim” is held for SimSim subscribers.

During the campaign the calls to the Azercell “Dost-Tanış” numbers will be charged at 1 unit for 5 seconds , and the calls to the “Dost-Tanış” PSTN numbers at 1 unit for 3 seconds.

The price of 1 SMS-request sent to the short number 8080 — 99 units.

Attention!
Each SMS-request sent in the wrong format is charged at the price of 1 standard SMS of current tariff package.

Note:

10 seconds round up rule (10 units for calls with duration 1—10 seconds) is not applied to calls to favorite number.
