Payment Cards (ÖdəməCELL)

ÖdəməCELL service gives you an alternative, easy way to make your mobile bill payments and credit your account avoiding hassles with visiting payment points and bank transfers. It saves your valuable time and money.

What you need to benefit from the service is simply to get a Payment Card.

There are four types of Payment Cards: 10 AZN, 20 AZN, 40 AZN, 100 AZN and 200 AZN.

Usage tips

  1. Dial 650 and enter the 13-digit indicated on the Payment Card
  2. Key in the 13-digit code of the Payment Card and send it to 650 via SMS. Then you will receive the confirmation message certifying your payment.
  3. *141* 13-digit code of the Payment Card #YES
  4. *141* another Azercell postpaid subscriber’s number * 13-digit code of the Payment Card #YES (by this method you can top-up talk time for another Azercell postpaid subscriber)

In case of debt, the amount indicated on the Payment Card will be deducted for covering this debt; if your debt is less than the amount indicated on the Payment Card the remaining amount will be settled as an advance.

Note:

  • Subscribers may also use ÖdəməCELL service while in roaming (Key in the 13-digit code of the Payment Card and send it to 650 via SMS or through YükləCELL service *141* 13-digit code of the Payment Card #YES to top-up talk time with payment card).
  • Payment cards (ÖdəməCELL) have no expiry date; these cards may be loaded onto the balance any time from the day of purchase.
  • When payment card is loaded onto subscriber’s balance, old debts are covered in the first place.
  • Deposit payment via ÖdəməCELL is unavailable.
  • The quantity of payment cards as well as the amount that can be transferred to the account of Azercell postpaid subscriber is unlimited.
  • If the 13-digit code will be entered wrong 3 times 650 service will be blocked. After 24 hours the top-up service will be opened automatically. Also, sending an empty message to 650 you can activate your top-up service at the price of one SMS
