Announcement by “Azercell Telecom” LLC

As you are aware, as of 00:00 of July 22 we cut part of the existing interconnection channels with "Azerfon" LLC due to the cca 11 million manats debt of “Azerfon” LLC to "Azercell Telecom" LLC.

"Azercell Telecom" LLC and "Azerfon" LLC are holding talks now aimed at setting up the aforementioned issue. Considering this and the comfort and interests of both our and "Azerfon" LLC's customers, "Azercell Telecom" LLC again demonstrates a good will and declares the opening of the interconnection channels until the negotiations are finished.
