Announcement by “Azercell Telecom” LLC

Yesterday we announced that since today, July 22 as of 00:00 we were going to close all of the interconnection channels with the “Azerfon” LLC company. But considering all “Azerfon” LLC subscribers’ comfort “Azercell Telecom” LLC demonstrated again a good will and decided not to close all of the interconnection channels, but closed part of them. If “Azerfon” LLC does not take any step towards repayment of the debt, all of the interconnection channels will be closed.

We made this step just because of the sole reason that “Azerfon” LLC was not paying out the debt of 11 million manats for over 1 year. This amount represents a substantial asset for our company and is needed for fulfillment of our commitments before other parties.
