Azercell Telecom JV is launching the new operator code – 051!

Dynamic growth of the company and increasing number of its subscribers made the release of additional numbers inevitable.

We would like to familiarize you with the new dialing tipes in connection with the launch of new numbers with 051 codes.

For the subscribers with 050 codes

On-network calls, SMS and MMS

• While dialing to the numbers with 050 code: , number or 7-digit number only
• While dialing to the numbers with 051 code: + number

SMS, MMS and calls within the country

No changes will be applied for dialing the numbers of other local mobile operators and landline numbers.

For the subscribers with 051 codes

The subscribers with code 051 will dial the ten-digit number for all on-network calls and using SMS and MMS services.

On-network calls, SMS and MMS

• While dialing to the numbers with 051 code: + number
• While dialing to the numbers with 050 code: + number

SMS, MMS and calls within the country

• While dialing to other local mobile operators: operator’s code + number
• While dialing to landlines: code of a city/region + number
