Azercell provides you with the opportunity to quickly make calls to emergency services from your mobile phone. This service is provided free of charge.

To dial from your mobile phone, use the following numbers:

• Fire fighting department —
• Emergency ambulance service —
• Police —
• Gas department —
• Emergency Committee —

To call the operator services from your mobile phone, dial . Charging inverval is 1 minute. Tariffs for calling the operator services:

• For postpaid and SimSim subscribers: 0.41 AZN per minute

According to direction from Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies starting from 4 March 2011 "Hot line" short number was assigned for Prosecutor General's Office for anti-corruption measures — .
Calls to short number are free of charge for all Azercell post-paid and SimSim subscribers as well as for all other telecommunication networks.

Starting from 14 July 2011 Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan Republic has launched "Hot line" with short number . All the inquiries to Ministry of Communications can be made via this number.
Calls to this number will be charged for all Azercell subscribers with off-net call price according to used tariff.
