How can SimSim subscriber switch to Azercell postpaid without changing number?

For this subscriber should apply to Customer service or Azercell Ekspres offices.

If subscriber is physical body:

• He/she must apply with the required documents to the above-mentioned addresses. For the required documents visit “Subscription terms for individuals” section.

If subscriber is legal body:

• the authorized person (the person who has been assigned and responsible for the company mobile phones operations) applies to the above-mentioned addresses.
• if legal body already has Azercell postpaid number to the company name, the migration from SimSim to Azercell postpaid system can be realized on the basis of written letter and warranty as well.
• There is no limit for the churns from SimSim to Azercell postpaid, from Azercell postpaid to SimSim and once again to Azercell postpaid with the same number and operation is realized similarly.

How to get connected to Fixed GSM?

FiksCELL service allows you to connect your mobile phone number to a fixed line. You install a small device called a Fixed GSM Terminal — Karel and simply use your mobile phone number whenever you need and save the costs as on-network call rates are applied. Your desk telephone will always work, even if the landline is out of order.

How to switch to GəncSim or Bizdən Bizə tariff packages?

To switch to GəncSim or Bizdən Bizə tariff packages send the word GencSim or Bizden Bize to 7575 via SMS. You will get SMS-notification stating the status report on tariff package change.

New GəncSim subscribers can migrate to Bizdən Bizə only after 7-day non-stop usage of GəncSim tariff package. But switching to GəncSim again will be possible only in 60 days. There is no limit for SimSim subscribers to switch to Bizdən Bizə and vice versa.

Monthly free SMS, MMS and GPRS given to GəncSim subscribers will not be available when they change their tariff plan to Bizdən Bizə or SimSim.

What scratch cards can be used by SimSim, Bizdən Bizə and GəncSim subscribers?

Azercell Telecom J.V. offers the scratch cards in the amount of 2 AZN, 5 AZN, 10 AZN, 20 AZN, 40 AZN to its prepaid subscribers.

2AZN scratch card has 360 units.

As from the loading time of the units, subscriber:

• will be able to call, receive the calls and use services within 30 days after the loading of the units onto the balance, and only receive the calls/messages and use 1001 service after the end of the units in the balance;
• even if there will be any units in the balance on the 31^th day, line is bilaterally closed unless the new units are loaded;
• within 150 days: units not previously used are kept and while the loading the rest of the units are added onto the balance;
• if the new units will not be loaded after 150 days, units in the balance are eliminated and subscription is cancelled.

The usage rules are the same in other scratch cards difference is in the amount of units, expiry dates and subscription periods.

5 AZN: units — 1000, expiry date — 60 days, subscription period — 180 days.

10 AZN: units — 2500, expiry date — 90 days, subscription period — 210 days.

20 AZN: units — 5500, expiry date — 180 days, subscription period — 300 days.

40 AZN: units — 11500, expiry date — 360 days, subscription period — 480 days.

How can I get my itemised bill?

With the help of İzahCELL and İz@hCELL services you can get your itemised bill — detailed info on numbers you called, the duration of calls and fees — to your home, work or e-mail address on your request. To use this service you should get subscribed by filling in the appropriate form. Individuals and legal bodies can take advantage of this service.

With İzahCELL you will get your itemised bills to your home/work address, and if you are subscribed to İz@hCELL you will get your itemised bills to your e-mail address.

Usage fee — 2,70 AZN (VAT excluded).

If you want to get your bills then take advantage of free of charge service — FakturCELL. You can get your bills on your home, work or e-mail address on your request.

What fees are indicated in my bill?

1. Deposit payment made by subscriber — this refers to an amount paid as a deposit for international line access. If the subscriber’s charges for international calls are less than the amount of the deposit, he or she will receive a refund of the remaining balance.
2. Components of the monthly fixed payment:
   • GSM-telephone fixed payment — a fixed monthly subscriber fee charged for services provided during your GSM phone use;
   • Detailed invoice — an amount charged for the printed detailed invoice of your outgoing calls;
   • GSM-Fax fixed fee.
   • Other charges — a fixed monthly subscriber fee charged for other services.
3. Components of the usage fee:
   • GSM-telephone local calls — the amount charged for local calls from your GSM phone;
   • GSM-telephone international calls — the amount charged for international calls from your GSM phone;
   • GSM-telephone calls within the company — the amount charged for calls (ŞirkətimCELL) within the company from your GSM phone;
   • GSM-telephone roaming — the amount charged for calls from your GSM phone while roaming outside of Azerbaijan;
   • The amount charged for use of the FaksDataCELL service.
4. Closing date of payment — the closing date of payment is the last date for settling a bill. Payments that arrive later than this date will incur a fine, even if the line has been deactivated.
5. Other charges — these charges may include the changing a SIM-card or changing phone numbers.
6. Late fee — delayed payment of an invoice will incur a 0.1% per day late fee.
7. Components of Invoice Total:
   • Monthly fixed fee;
   • Usage fee;
   • Other charges;
   • Any late fees.
8. VAT — a Value Added Tax is added to the Invoice Total (excluding late fee).
9. Total Invoice — components of Invoice Total plus VAT.
10. Amendments — an amount specifying any amendment made due to this or that reason.
11. Advance payment by subscriber — the amount that was paid in advance before the invoice was generated. After the invoice is generated, the advance payment amount is deducted from the total of the invoice. The remaining balance is due by the closing date.
12. Payment due — the amount due by the closing date of payment.
13. Invoice period — the period of time during which the calls in the invoice were made.

Tariffs for calling the operator services:

Charging inverval — 6 sec.

• For postpaid subscribers: 0,29 AZN (VAT excluded) per minute;
