Attention!!! As of September 13, 2011 the points collected within the program AZERCELL BONUS can be exchanged only to airtime, other gifts will not be available from this date.
- If the subscription did not take place till 15.06.2010 the points will be frozen. To restore collecting points and exchange them for extra talktime and gifts key in the word
BONUSand send it to - In case you made any exchange within the program till the date above you get subscribed to the program automatically.
- Points can be exchanged for virtual amount once within one day.
- All the payments realized by Azercell Postpaid subscribers by all payment methods and the amount topped-up by SimSim subscribers by means of SimSim scratch cards are valid in the program. All the loaded SimSim scratch cards and also the amount topped-up at once by means of other payment methods by subscribers themselves and equal to all SimSim scratch cards denominations are also valid in the program. The points are added to the balance within 24 hours after the payment according to the invoice is realized or SimSim cards are loaded
- Expiration date of money amounts loaded for the points onto the deposit account of Postpaid subscribers is unlimited and can be used according to the appropriate tariff plan on calls and services in all directions
- The expiration date of the topped up amount for the points gained by SimSim subscribers is equal to the expiration date of the SimSim scratch cards that are in force for that period of time and can be used during this period of use at any time and for any service
- It is possible to receive money for the gained points only once within a day. Points are not given again within the frames of Azercell Bonus program for the money received for the gained amount.
- In cases when a subscriber changes Azercell Postpaid system for SimSim or vice versa, the points existing on the balance of a subscriber will be transferred to their balance in accordance with the appropriate system rules
- The amount of money received by Azercell Postpaid subscibers for the points to be used for the use of services are put onto the account of subscribers only as advance payment and are not given to subscribers in cash
- Possible maximum quantity of the collected points 999,999.
- Starting form 13 September, 2011 provision of all non-GSM bonuses in exchange for collected points (DataCard, iPod, ADSL Internet, Nokia 1680 mobile phone, coupons from Ali&Nino and Ideal) will be stopped. Depending on the amount of points collected SimSim subscriber will be able to change points for 5, 10, 15 and 25 AZN virtual scratch cards, Azercell Postpaid subscribers – for 10, 20 and 40 AZN virtual scratch cards.
- Amounts exchanged for gained points in the frame of Bonus program are accumulated as an advance payment. If there is an invoice debt (VAT inclusive) then this amount will be used for writing off of corresponding amount from this debt and the remaining balance will be considered as an advance payment. If there is no an invoice debt then at the end of current invoicing period the invoice will be issued for services provided including the amounts exchanged for points and paid in advance and VAT; the remaining balance if any will be considered as an advance payment. The amounts paid in advance are taken into consideration in the same order during the next invoice issue.
