The main objective of Barama project is to provide support aimed at exploring new ideas in the sphere of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), evolving them to maturity and eventually turning them into reality. Send your innovative and valuable ideas concerning ICT to Azercell by filling in the below application form online. Idea’s value is defined by the extent of innovation, creativity and social-economic benefits in it.

There is no deadline for idea submission and applications are continuously received by Azercell. As soon as your application is received, your suggested idea will be analyzed and evaluation stage will be commenced. The evaluation stage will identify whether the idea bears enough innovation and value, as well as whether the idea owner possesses necessary knowledge and skills to realize the idea. Eventually, ideas that meet the project requirements the best will be determined and results will be communicated to you – idea owners. If your idea passes the evaluation stage, you will be given the opportunity to become a participant in Barama project and be offered the following support:

Depending on the complexity of your idea, you will be given limited time to develop and realize your idea. Development and realization of your idea will be achieved by your – idea owner’s direct involvement, skills and knowledge, as well as professional support provided by Azercell. Copyright of the idea will belong to the idea owner and all relevant (applying) legal terms and conditions will be taken into account. Participants that finish their work in Barama office will continue their activities independently and new participants will be invited to join the project subsequently.
